2012 Pilot Wins 3-Row SUV Shootout!
Cars.com, USA Today & MotorWeek put 7 3-Row SUV's to the test and the 2012 Pilot was the big winner!
The 7 contenders were the 2012 Chevrolet Traverse, Dodge Durango, Ford Explorer, Honda Pilot, Kia Sorento, 2011 Mazda CX-9 and Toyota Highlander. They were tested to see which could please their experts and family with its combination of driving quality, featuers and family-friendliness.

Sering terjebak macet, percepat ganti timing belt
Inilah kerusakan vital dan langkah preventifnya.
"Overheat"
Untuk mesin modern yang sudah dilengkapi komputer, bila beroperasi melebihi batas suhu kerja, maka komputer otomatis akan melindungi dengan cara menonaktifkan mesin secara bertahap. Misalnya, komputer akan menghentikan kerja kompresor AC, berlanjut ke mode aman (safe mode), hingga saatnya mesin dihentikan secara total.
Namun, mesin era 1990-an belum dilengkapi komputer. Gejala overheat bisa dideteksi dengan munculnya gejala knocking saat berakselerasi.
* Langkah preventif
Periksa cooling system dan jumlah oli mesin secara berkala. Perhatikan indikator suhu mesin saat timbul knocking, dan segera tepikan mobil.
Kebocoran oli Berkurangnya jumlah oli mesin secara drastis akan menyebabkan friksi pada komponen yang bergerak. Dampaknya,suhu mesin tinggi (overheat) dan keausan luar biasa. Penyebabnya adalah kerusakan pada baut penutup lubang pembuangan oli akibat terkena hantaman benda keras, atau kondisi sil-sil di mesin kurang bagus. Perlu juga cermati indikator oli di dasbor yang akan menyala bila kekurangan pelumas.
* Langkah preventif
Periksa oli secara berkala. Jangan menganggap remeh indikator oli yang menyala. Itu menandakan bahwa pompa oli kehilangan tekanan.
"Water hammer"
Air tersedot ke ruang bakar akibat menerjang genangan air yang tinggi. Air yang jauh lebih padat dari udara, sampai memenuhi ruang bakar, tentu tidak dapat tekanan saat mesin bekerja pada langkah kompresi. Dalam kondisi katup tertutup, tekanan air akan menghancurkan komponen terlemah di ruang bakar, yakni piston.
* Langkah preventif
Ketahui ketinggian saluran masuk udara di mesin. Jangan sekali-sekali menstarter ketika mesin mati di tengah banjir. Buka busi, lalu start mesin untuk mengeluarkan air di ruang bakar.
"Timing belt" Fungsinya sebagai penyelaras putaran kruk as dan katup sehingga keduanya tidak berbenturan. Namun, fatal akibatnya bila belt yang menghubungkan kedua mekanisme ini putus secara tiba-tiba. Kerusakan tak terelakkan lantaran piston akan menumbuk katup yang berada dalam posisi membuka.
Bila hal tersebut terjadi dalam putaran mesin tinggi, maka blok mesin bisa pecah. Kondisi ini bisa diminimalkan bila Anda tahu kerusakan yang terjadi. Mesin dengan perbandingan kompresi rendah atau yang dilengkapi turbocharger atau supercharger cenderung memiliki peluang lebih kecil terhadap kerusakan.
* Langkah preventif
Ganti timing belt secara berkala sesuai rekomendasi. Percepat penggantian timing belt bila frekuensi mobil melewati jalan macet tinggi. (Danny Ekasaputra)

تجزئة المبادىء على الأهواء
أسوء شىء ان تجد من يقوم بتجزئة ماينادى به ويؤمن به حسب أهوائه برغم أن المبادىء لا تُجزأ فكيف تصدق هذا او هؤلاء عندما ينادون بقيم وشعارات رنانة وعند وجود حدث ما تنتظر وتترقب رد فعلهم وقد تكون تتمناه حتى يشفوا غليلك من ظالم ولكن يخيبوا آمالك التى تمنتها ويؤكدا ماأنت مقتنع به تجاهم بانهم أصحاب مصالح وليسوا أصحاب مبادىء للأسف
فى الظروف الى بتمر بها مصر من شهور لحد الآن متجددة هى المواقف الظالمة ويزيد عدد المظلومين ولكن تجد من ينصرهم أقل بكثيير ممن يخذولنهم لمجرد انهم يختلفون مع أفكارهم او لا ينتمون إلى جماعتهم !
الظلم الواحد والحق أيضًا واحد ونحن يجب علينا نصرة الحق فى كل مكان وزمان ليس ان نجلس وننتقى من نكن بجوارهم ومن نعطيهم ظهورنا لأننا مختلفون معهم
ابرز المواقف سجن المدون علاء عبد الفتاح فتجد من يقول لا تقفوا بجواره فهو ملحد !
واحنا مالنا ياأخى هذا شىء بينه وبين ربه هل نصرة المظلوم لمن لا يترك أمامك الصلاة فقط؟ إذا كان نحن مأمورين مثلًا بنصرة أصحاب الديانات الاخرى ممكن يشاركونا الوطن فمن فسر لك بان لا تنصر من لا يؤمن بعقيدتك أو أفكارك
لقد أُمرنا بحسن معاملة الجيران لنفترض ان جيرانك فى البلد الغربية التى تعيش بها كلهم ملحدون ألن تحسن إليهم؟ ألن تقف بجوار أحدهم إن تعرض للظلم ؟
ألن تتمنى أنت ان ينصروك إذا تعرضت لموقف عنصرى او ظلم لأنك الأقلية فى بلادهم؟؟
ألم يشارك رسول فى حلف الفضول لنصرة المظلوم قبل الإسلام وبعد أن أصبح رسول قال لو دعيت إليه لأجبت النداء لم يقل لا أنصر مظلوم غير مسلم !!!!!
الكارثة الثانية الفتاة التى عراها الجيش وغيرها من البنات الذين يُسحلونهم وتنتهك عروضهم لمشاركتهم فى المظاهرات والتعبير عن آرائهم
تجد من يقول لك لما تذهب هناك؟ لماذا ولماذا؟
حقيقى لا أفهم مشهد كهذه البنت كيف لا ينتفض المسلمون له ؟ دى لو كانت فى بلد أجنبيه كان انتفض لها الغرب الى بنقول عليهم دول كذا وكذا
وكان زماننا بنلحن اصلهم بيكرهوا الإسلام ولازم نقاطعهم ومش عارف ايه
لا أفهم سكوت النا س كلهم أنعدم الرجال؟هل اختفت النخوة؟
كيف تسكت القوى السياسة جميعها وخصوصًا الجماعات التى ترفع الشعارات الدينية الرنانة وتطبيق الشريعة ووووو على انتهاك عرض مصرية ناس تقولى اصلهم ساكتين عشان الفتنة فتنة ايه؟
الفتنة مش اختلاط حق وباطل بردو فين الاختلاط ده بين حقير بيعرى البنت وحقير آخر بيضربها برجليه فى بطنها أين نخوتكم ؟
كيف اثق بك وانت بتنادى بتطبيق الشريعة الى من اول حروفها العدل ولما يحصل موقف زى كده الأقيك ساكت وواخد موقف خزى وعار لانها لا تنتمى لجماعتك؟؟ مالاختلاف بينك وبين الآخرين ممن يقولون مالايفعلون؟
فأنت تريد حكم بلد وليس حكم فئه يامسلم ! أليس من المفروض ان تعدل بينهم جميعًا وترفع الظلم عنه؟؟
اتقوا الله لقد ظهرت نواياكم فانتم لا تريدون إلا مناصب دينوية وسلطات ودائمًا عند ما

الحق حق فى جميع صوره لم يصنف الله من نقف بجوارهم ومن لا نقف بجوارهم إذا لم نوافق على مايفعلون !لماذا لا ندافع عن المبادىء بشكل عام؟ لماذا ننتقى المواقف التى نأخذ لها رد الفعل؟

الفقير والمسكين
الفقير هو الإنسان المعدم تمامًا أما المسكين فهو ليس معدم ولكن مايملكه ليس بكاف له لذلك قُدّم الفقير على المسكين فى الأحاديث والقرآن
ولكن يبقا السؤال المحير بما ان الصدقات فى أولويات خروجها بنشوف من الأهل والأقارب المحتاجين
إذا كان هناك فقير ليس من أقاربى أو جيرانى هل له الأولوية عن مسكين يوجد فى أقاربى مثلًا؟؟
سأحدث التدوينة بالإجابة عندما استطيع الوصول إليها عن طريق التعليقات او سؤال أهل العلم حاولت ابحث امبارح بس معرفتش اوصل لإجابة .

الحمل من الشهر الرابع للسادس
بعد الجزء الأول من أعراض الحمل فى الشهور الثلاث الاولى ، احاول انا ارصد الجزء الثانى من الحمل فى الثلاث شهور الوسط
الشهر الرابع :
مع بداية الشهر الرابع تجددت آلام الظهر وأصبحت تتجدد فى بداية كل شهر بسبب زيادة حجم الرحم والجنين وبالتالى زيادة ضغط الرحم على الأربطه.
فى منتصف الشهر الرابع توقف أخيرًا القىء بعد أن ظننت انه سيتستمر معى للأبد :D
كنت طلبت من الدكتور فيتامين لمعالجة سقوط الشعر وكتبلى كبسولات "Pantogar"
ثم وقفت حمض الفوليك بعد المواظبة عليه طوال الشهور الثلاث الأولى بناء على كلام الطبيب وتم استبداله بكبسولات فيتامينات مجمعة "Haemotal"
أجريت اختبارات الدم والبول التى تم إجرائها فى بداية الحمل للتأكد من عدم وجود سكر حمل ونسبة الهيموجلين ف الدم وكانت النسبة أقل عندى درجتين سببت أنيميا خفيفة ونصحنى الدكتور وقتها بالاهتمام بالبروتين اكتر جمبرى بلدى ، لحمة ، أسماك عمومًا
كانت اكتر مشكلة تواجهنى زيادة نسبة الأملاح بشكل مؤلم جدًا لكعوب رجلى بالمواظبة على شرب شعير وماء قلت الأملاح
وطبعًا المشروبات الغازية فى اول 3 شهور كانت ممنوعة
الشهر الخامس :
لا جديد غير آلام الضهر ومشاكل فى النوم أرق شديد والنوم بالنهار لمدة اسبوعين تقريبًا مع الإحساس بحركة الجنين بشكل أوضح
ومع كل شهر جديد تزداد حركة الجنين ويزداد وضوحها
أخدت جرعة تطعيم تيتانوس والجرعة الثانية أخذتها فى الشهر السادس لتحسب حصول أى حادثة مفاجأة كدخول مسمار او اى قطعة حديدية فى يدى أو رجلى او حتى أن تكون إبرالخياطة بعد الولادة بها اى شىء بعد تعقيمها .

الشهر السادس:
ظهرت مشكلة جديدة فى آلام الظهر صعوبة التقلب من جمب لآخر أثناء النوم وأحيانًا لابد من الإستعانة بيد زوجى لأنهض من السرير
كنت بحس ان الفقرات ماسكة فى بعضها بشكل مستفز
بعد استشارة الطبيب كان أفضل الحلول تدفئة الظهر وفى حالة تكرار الآلام ممكن دهن مكان الآلم بأى مرهم عضلات وفعلًا لم احتاج المرهم عندما اهتممت بتدفئة جسمى جيدًا
ومن الأشياء الغير جيدة فى هذا الشهر تدهور الحالة المزاجية بشكل متكرر :(
ويبدأ فى هذا الشهر الشعور بالحموضة بالذات فى بداياته وبيكون افضل تعامل مع الحموضة تقليل المسبكات والمقالى واستخدام زيت الذرة عند القلى،واستخدام برشام او فوار حسب مايوصف الطبيب ، انا اتوصفلى برشام اسمه "Histac Randaxy" ومفعوله كويس جدًا.
تعتبر هذه الشهور كما يسمونها شهور العسل فهى أفضل شهور الحمل قد تنسين فيها انك حامل وتمارسين حياتك بشكل طبيعى جدًا :)

2013 Accord Coupe Concept Vehicle
American Honda Motor Co., Inc. announced today that the 2013 Honda Accord Coupe Concept vehicle is set to make its world debut at te 2012 North American International Auto Show in Detroit, MI on January 10th.
"The Accord Coupe Concept will convey the dynamic and aggressive profile of the ninth-generation 2013 Honda Accord set to go on sale in the fall of 2012." (Honda.com/newsandviews)
John Mendel, American Honda executive vice president of sales, will introduce the concept vehicle at a press conference, which will also be broadcast live via webcast at http://hondanews.com/live/2012naias-honda. The link won't be live until January 10th.

Supporting Our Troops!
Pacific Honda was a PROUD sponsor of the 2011 Holes for Heroes event that took place on October 14th, 2011 at Fort Lomas in Solana Beach.
It was the 5th anniversary of this incredible fundraiser, which enjoyed the largest number of players ever and raised more money than ever. A huge success to be very proud of!
A little background...
San Diego is home to the largest combined military complex in the US. Our region has more marines, sailors, soldiers and airmen deployed to Iraq, Afghanistan and other war zones than other regions. As a result, our region experiences more of the pain resulting from combat fatalities, wounded warriors and the resulting stress to the families of our deployed military personnel. Our desire, with your generous help and support, is to show our commitment to our local military personnel and their families by:
- helping ease the pain of our returning wounded warriors at Balboa Hospital, other military Facilities and suffers of ‘PTSD’ via Project Not Forgotten & Service for Humanity Foundation
- supporting the needs of our local military families and the children of deployed warriors via Homefront San Diego & Camp Pendleton ASYMCA
- assisting VVSD in their effort to help San Diego’s homeless Veterans and families
- remembering the children and families of our Fallen Heroes via Guide On
- supporting Humanitarian Projects via The San Diego Downtown Breakfast Club Foundation.
We utilize the Rotary Club Foundation platform because it is trusted, 100% all-volunteers, no paid staff, no fixed overhead ensuring that 100% of the proceeds go to the beneficiary charities. 75% of the net proceeds raised go to our Military serving partners to support military personnel and families in our region. The remaining 25% goes towards Humanitarian project via the San Diego Downtown Breakfast Rotary Foundation. To date, Holes for Heroes has raised over $275,000 netting over $200,000!
